Charter flight arranged for the return of the Uzbek nationals from the UK

According to the decision of the Special Republican Commission for Preparation of the Measures to prevent the spread of coronavirus, on May 22, 2020 the Embassy of Uzbekistan to the United Kingdom and Uzbekistan Airways Company have arranged a special charter flight to return the Uzbek nationals.

230 citezens of Uzbekistan who were in the UK, several European countries and the US as part of their work, training, studies and travel, have arrived safely to Tashkent in the morning of May 23 with HY-3202 flight from the Heathrow International Airport, London.

The Uzbekistan Embassy had in advance worked out with the British immigration authorities the process of obtaining permission for Uzbek nationals to provisionally enter the UK from other countries without having a British visa to enable them to return to Uzbekistan.
