The British Slynn Foundation will couch judicial training for Uzbek specialists

Training and capacity building in judicial system of Uzbekistan has been discussed over the videocall with the Slynn Foundation, the Bar Council of England and Wales, the Ministry of Justice UK and the British Embassy in Tashkent. The Uzbek side was represented by the Ministry of Justice, the Uzbekistan Embassy in London and the Tashkent International Arbitration Centre. As the topics of particular interest were highlighted – the rule of law, judicial independence and integrity, judicial review, arbitration and mediation, prosecutorial ethics and effective anti-corruption measures.
